Booking an Aerobatic Display

An aerobatic display brings the programme to an event audience. Before requesting a quote, prepare the event date, location, expected audience and organiser’s contact details.

Flown across Poland. Minimum 60 days notice, season April to October.

The lead time is not negotiable

Sixty days is the minimum planning period. A display needs authorisation, coordination with the airspace authority, agreement with the site owner, a display line agreed against the crowd position, and insurance arranged for the specific event. Organisers who call three weeks out are usually surprised, and there is nothing we can do to compress the parts that belong to other institutions.

What the organiser has to provide

What the display consists of

A display programme is agreed for the site and display line. Duration, manoeuvres and any participant flights must be confirmed in the event offer.

He is FAI Intermediate World Champion 2022, Polish National Champion 2026 in the Advanced class and winner of the 2026 Polish Cup, so the display is flown by somebody currently competing during the current competition season.

The VIP flights option

The Event Package includes introductory flights for selected guests, which is a different proposition from watching. Guests need to meet the same limits as any participant: age 13 and over, up to 110 kg, up to about 195 cm, no serious cardiovascular conditions, epilepsy or pregnancy. Send the list early so nobody finds out on the day.

Weather

The display is flown under visual flight rules in daylight, so low cloud, poor visibility, strong wind or storms in the area move or cancel it. Build this into the event plan rather than treating it as an edge case, and agree the decision point and the fallback in the contract rather than on the morning.

Who to contact

Displays are handled by Maciej directly: +48 739 158 131, WhatsApp. Details and the full offer are on the air displays page.

Frequently asked questions

How much does an aerobatic display cost?

Prices and scope depend on the display package and event. Confirm the programme, location, any VIP flights and permissions in the written offer before booking.

How far in advance do I need to book a display?

Minimum 60 days. Authorisation, airspace coordination, site agreement and event-specific insurance all take time that cannot be compressed.

What does the organiser have to arrange?

A site with a workable display axis and crowd line, permissions from the landowner and local authority, crowd control staffed on the day, and a named on-site contact who is reachable.

What happens if the weather is bad?

The display is flown under visual flight rules in daylight, so low cloud, poor visibility, strong wind or storms move or cancel it. The decision point and fallback should be agreed in the contract.

Can guests fly during the event?

Yes, through the Event Package. Guests must meet the standard participant limits, so the list should be sent early.
