What to Bring to an Aerobatic Flight
Short version: photo ID, your voucher, flat shoes and clothes you can move in. Everything else is either provided or must stay in a locker.
Bring
- Photo ID. Passport or ID card. Needed for the paperwork.
- Your voucher, on your phone or printed. The code is what matters, so a screenshot is fine.
- Comfortable clothes. Trousers and a T-shirt or light long sleeves. Avoid heavy layers on a warm day; check the clothing guidance before travelling.
- Flat, secure shoes. Trainers are ideal. Not heels, not sandals, nothing that can slip off.
- Sunglasses, if you want them. They fit under the headset comfortably.
- Water. Being properly hydrated measurably improves G tolerance.
- A parent or legal guardian, if the participant is under 18. They must sign the consent on site; sending it ahead does not work.

Leave on the ground
Everything loose. Under negative G anything not secured leaves the seat and becomes a projectile inside a small cockpit, so watches, phones, keys, coins, pens, loose jewellery and anything in a pocket goes into a locker before you walk out. Long hair gets tied back. Hats come off.
Phones in particular: it is tempting to film with your own, and the answer is no. If you want footage, the 360° onboard video at 299 PLN uses cameras that are mounted to the airframe. It also has to be ordered in advance, because the cameras are fitted and configured before you get in.
What about glasses and contact lenses
Both work. Contact lenses are slightly easier because there is one less thing to manage under the headset and one less thing that can move under load. If you wear glasses, bring the pair with the most secure fit.
Eating beforehand
Something light about two hours before, and not nothing. Toast, a banana, porridge, yoghurt. An empty stomach leaves you light-headed under G; a large meal is as bad an idea as it sounds. No alcohol the night before.
For the people coming with you
Spectators are welcome and free. There is parking on site at no charge, the aerobatic box is next to the airfield so they will see the whole sequence, and a camera with any kind of zoom is worth bringing. If you would rather have proper photographs, the ground photographer option is 249 PLN for a minimum of five images delivered within 48 hours.
